Warranty Status Check
Welcome to the Warranty Status Page. This tool allows you to quickly check the warranty status of your Designz3D product by entering the serial number provided with your item.
Extended Warranty: We offer extended warranty plans on select items containing electrical components. Warranty for these items is 1-year (12 months). Extended warranties can only be purchased if the item is still under an active warranty. We are unable to offer extended warranty plans after it's warranty is expired. Please note: Serial numbers are only assigned to specific assembled products. Not every product will come with a serial number. If you do not have a serial number or are unsure whether your product is covered under warranty, please contact us directly for assistance with warranty information. Our support team is ready to help you with any questions or concerns regarding your product's warranty. Serial Numbers are typically engraved on the bottom of the item or near the Designz3D text, you'll also receive metal card with your item that will include the Serial Number, only products containing electrical components or assembled by Designz3D Staff will have a serial number. If the warranty void sticker is removed or tampered with we're unable to RMA the item as the warranty has been voided.
Once your RMA has been submitted a support representative will reach out to you within 72-hours to gather additional information if necessary. Designz3D, LLC will provide the shipping label and any shipping instructions when the RMA is approved. Please make sure to follow the shipping instructions to ensure your RMA is not delayed. After submitting an RMA, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to our RMA Status check page.
