Warranty Coverage

Eligibility Requirements

To process a warranty claim, the following information is required:

• The original order number associated with the purchase and the platform from which the item was purchased.
• Registration on Designz3D's website, or a valid proof of purchase receipt.
• For products with a Serial Number, the Serial Number must be provided.

Warranty Process

If you believe your item qualifies for a warranty claim, follow these steps:

• Visit the Warranty Checker on the Designz3D website.
• Enter the product's Serial Number. If the product is within the warranty period, a Submit RMA button will appear.
• Complete the RMA submission form with a description of the issue and any supporting documentation (photos or videos).
• If your product does not have a Serial Number and is covered by the 45-day warranty, contact our support team directly.

Resolution Options

Upon reviewing your claim, Designz3D, LLC will determine the appropriate resolution:

Warranty Limitations

• The warranty is void if the product has been damaged due to misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or improper handling.
• The warranty is exclusively valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• Warranty coverage may be void if purchased from an unauthorized vendor. Authorized sellers: Amazon, Etsy, eBay, and Designz3D.com.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality.
• Loss or theft of the product.
