Warranty Coverage

• Products Containing Electrical Components: These products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. Each unit will include a Serial Number, which must be used when submitting a warranty claim.

  • Extended warranties may be purchased at the time of the initial purchase or before the expiration of the original warranty period. For further assistance or to purchase an extended warranty, please contact our support team.

• Non-Electrical Products: These products are covered by a 45-day manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery.
  • If your product does not have a Serial Number, it is still eligible for the 45-day warranty. Please contact our support team for assistance with warranty claims.

Eligibility Requirements

To process a warranty claim, the following information is required:

• The original order number associated with the purchase and the platform from which the item was purchased.
• Registration of the purchase on Designz3D’s website, or a valid proof of purchase receipt.
• For products with a Serial Number, the Serial Number must be provided.

Warranty Process

If you believe your item qualifies for a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

• Visit our Warranty Checker on the Designz3D website.
• Enter the product’s Serial Number.
  • If the product is within the warranty period, a Submit RMA button will appear.
• Complete the RMA submission form, providing the required details, including a description of the issue and any supporting documentation (e.g., photos or videos).
• If your product does not have a Serial Number and is covered by the 45-day warranty, please contact our support team directly for assistance.

Resolution Options

Upon reviewing your claim, Designz3D, LLC will determine the appropriate resolution:

• Repair: If feasible, the product will be repaired to resolve the issue.
• Replacement: If repair is not an option, a new unit will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Warranty Limitations

• The warranty is void if the product has been damaged due to misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or improper handling by the customer.
• The warranty is exclusively valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Warranty coverage may be void if the product is purchased from an unauthorized vendor. Currently, only Amazon, Etsy, eBay, and Designz3D.com are authorized to sell our products.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality.
• Loss or theft of the product.
